Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

To organise an order for pick up please reach out via email to organise (Bali, Indonesia or North Stradbroke Island, Australia) - subject to availability of stockists 

 

Shipping Within Australia

 

We offer Standard and Express shipping via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

Standard Shipping – $11

• Metro areas: 3-6 business days

• Regional areas: 5-10 business days

 

Express Shipping – $15

• Metro areas: 1-3 business days

• Regional areas: 2-5 business days

 

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location and any delays within the Australia Post network

International Shipping

Worldwide Standard Shipping - $25

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees once the parcel arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs clearance.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

All orders come with tracking, which will be sent to your email once your package has been dispatched

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post

• If your package is delayed or missing, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses this must be followed up via Australia Post

Return & Exchange Policy

 

If for any reason, you've changed your mind or are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or returns (store credit only) - shipping costs excluded

 

Return/exchange items must be in their original condition and packaging with all sanitary stickers in tact

All orders are packed and quality checked personally before being posted. If there are any issues/ faults with your pieces please let us know via email so we can discuss whether you're eligible for a refund
